Merrywood is a large white brick colonial revival set at the end of a circular drive. Brownstone walls and tall pines provide a natural backdrop for this stately building.

Upon entering the Inn, you will sense a feeling of old Europe created by rooms enhanced with vintage drapery, old oriental carpets and original art work.

Two guest rooms and one suite are each uniquely decorated and apppointed with period furnishings. They are set up to pamper you with amenities which are of a level found only in finer hotels

Breakfast is a high point for guests staying at Merrywood.Unrestricted choices may be made from a menu which celebrates the union of European family recipes and American cuisine. This is a morning repaste unlike any you will ever encounter.

Anniversaries and birthdays are especially recognized! To celebrate your special occasion, we provide complimentary Champagne in your room or suite, for your enjoyment, upon return from dinner.
For your afternoon pleasure we serve tea and pastry in the sun porch, on the patio or in the library when the weather is not cooperating.
